Key ResponsibilitiesExecute strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes for customers
Prepare and lead regular meetings to communicate customer goals and value delivered
Identify and manage renewal and growth opportunities with customersRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and service expansions
Aptitude to understand healthcare industry and IT solutions based on analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required
Ability to manage expectations and convey client needs to internal stakeholders
