This role is an integral part of the Construction team, with high internal and client visibility.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading and organization/filing of project documentsLeading and analysis of projects schedulesDevelopment of as-built schedules based on project recordsPreparation of graphics to depict findingsAnalysis of labor and cost dataPerforming or contributing to Expert Testimony including the preparation of reports and court documentationDevelopment of document chronologiesReport writingPeople ManagementQualifications and experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or other STEM field.3+ Years of experience in Construction, Project Management, or related fields.Extensive experience in processes such as Schedules, Project Controls, Delay Analysis.Proficient analyzing large volumes of data using Microsoft excel.Experience using Primavera P6 or closely related toolWhat we offer:At HKA we recognize our people are critical to our ongoing success.
