This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments across industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, and other critical infrastructure sectors.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in industrial cybersecurity architecture, network segmentation, secure remote access, vulnerability management, and OT security technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesOT/ICS Security ArchitectureDesign and implement OT/ICS cybersecurity architectures.Develop network segmentation strategies and secure remote access solutions.Integrate IT and OT security controls using defense-in-depth principles.Create security roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures.Security TechnologiesHands-on experience with:ClarotyPalo Alto FirewallsCradlepointCrowdStrikeBeyondTrustCisco Security SolutionsSplunkServiceNowFalcon Discover for IoTTXOne Endpoint SecurityRisk & Vulnerability ManagementConduct OT/ICS risk assessments and Cyber PHA evaluations.Lead vulnerability management initiatives for industrial environments.Support remediation planning and compliance requirements.Assist with security audits and regulatory readiness.Security Monitoring & Incident ResponseDesign OT monitoring and threat detection solutions.Implement security logging, alerting, and SIEM integrations.Develop OT-specific incident response plans.Collaborate with IT and OT teams to improve cyber resilience.Governance & ComplianceDevelop OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.Conduct security awareness training for plant personnel and engineers.Support cybersecurity maturity assessments and governance programs.LeadershipAct as an OT/ICS cybersecurity subject matter expert.Lead technical workshops and client engagements.Mentor junior team members and support solution development initiatives.Stay current on emerging OT threats and cybersecurity technologies.Required Qualifications10+ years of cybersecurity experience.Strong OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture background.Experience supporting critical infrastructure environments.Hands-on expertise with Claroty, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and related OT security technologies.Experience with:IEC 62443NIST 800-82OT Network SegmentationSecure Remote AccessVulnerability ManagementIncident ResponsePreferred Industry ExperienceOil & GasEnergyUtilitiesManufacturingIndustrial AutomationCritical InfrastructurePreferred CertificationsCISSPGICSPCISMGIAC CertificationsISA/IEC 62443 CertificationsPalo Alto CertificationsAdditional RequirementsUSC or Green Card holders only.Ability to work in a hybrid environment.Strong communication and client-facing skills.If you have a passion for securing industrial environments and critical infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.Apply Today with ChabezTech!
