Join our team for the upcoming Summer season from May through October at Aspen Peak Cellars in Bailey, awarded 2025 Colorado Winery Of The Year! We are looking for reliable, motivated and experienced line cooks to compliment our energetic, creative culinary team. We offer above market average pay including tip sharing program. Full or part time positons available, business hours are from Thursday to Sunday 11:30AM -8PMKey ResponsibilitiesStation Setup & Prep: Set up stations with mise en place (ingredients) and stock inventory.Cooking & Plating: Prepare food to order, ensuring consistent quality, portion, and presentation.Food Safety: Adhere to health regulations, temperature checks, and sanitation standards.Station Maintenance: Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment (grill, flat top, , broiler, stove, ovens).Teamwork: Coordinate and communicate with other kitchen and front of the house staff to ensure smooth service flow. Key Requirements & SkillsExperience: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.Skills: Strong knife skills, knowledge of various cooking methods, and Ability to work under pressure.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9+ hours), work in high temperatures, and lift up to 40 lbs.Certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)  Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourrecblid yr8lbpvudxm3w4h8sc65628a4zkohd
