Our team brings together operators, entrepreneurs, and investors to partner with healthcare businesses and help them scale.We work closely with leadership teams across our portfolio to build stronger organizations, this includes building the teams that drive growth.The RoleWe’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to help drive recruiting across Lorient's portfolio companies.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the Vice President of People Operations and company leadership to build pipelines, engage candidates, and keep hiring processes moving.If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes owning outcomes, and wants to get deeper into recruiting strategy over time, this is a strong entry point.What You’ll DoBuild talent pipelinesSource candidates across financial, operational, and corporate rolesRun outbound campaigns and experiment with messaging to improve response ratesKeep pipelines active across multiple open rolesOwn the candidate experienceCoordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders (expect high volume)Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates at every stageEnsure a smooth, professional experience from first touch to offerDrive process and executionKeep ATS data clean, structured, and up to dateTrack key metrics like response rates, time-to-interview, and funnel conversionIdentify bottlenecks and help improve speed and efficiencyHelp us scale recruitingDocument and improve workflowsSupport systems and tooling improvementsContribute to building a more effective, repeatable hiring engineWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordinationStrong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools)Ability to manage multiple searches and stay organized under pressureClear, concise written communicationComfortable working with data and improving performance metricsHigh ownership mindset - you follow through and don’t let things dropWhy This RoleExposure: Work directly with leadership across multiple companiesImpact: You’ll see the direct results of your work in hiring outcomesPace: Fast-moving environment with real responsibility early
