You won't be stuck behind a desk—you'll be out on the floor ensuring quality standards are met every day. You will:Actively maintain and uphold AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR quality standardsPerform and oversee first piece, in-process, and final inspectionsWork directly with inspectors, mentoring and supporting them on the floorHandle non-conformances and corrective actions hands-onManage gage control and tooling calibration schedulesCollaborate with production to keep jobs moving efficientlyCommunicate with customers and vendors regarding quality mattersThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, being involved in the manufacturing process, and leading by example.About You:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality ControlAerospace industry background strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirementsComfortable communicating with customers and vendorsDetail-oriented, proactive, and team-drivenSomeone who prefers being actively involved in operations rather than confined to an officeIf you're a conscientious professional who takes pride in hands-on quality leadership and wants to be part of a stable, tight-knit company, we'd love to hear from you.
