Key Responsibilities Set and manage strategic goals for the RVM program, collaborating with leadership Lead operational phases of scaling, including standalone rollout and digital enrollment Develop and manage a high-performance team, overseeing staffing and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of operations or program leadership experience, with 3+ years in management roles Experience in setting strategy for new business units and scaling programs Proven ability to coach and develop team members and manage performance issues Track record of meeting or exceeding departmental budgets and forecasts
