We create videos that tell exceptional stories and drive real results for brands across nearly every vertical and scale; from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies, across aviation, healthcare, bioscience, e-commerce, tech, and nonprofit.Great work comes from great people, and we're building a team of seriously talented, seriously good humans who care deeply about the craft, sweat the details, and hold each other to a high standard without taking themselves too seriously.About the Role:The Production Manager owns the day-to-day organization of our active client work across project management, client communication, production coordination, and internal team alignment.This role is responsible for turning creative direction, client priorities, and upcoming production needs into clear plans, timelines, next steps, and consistent follow-through. You’ll be the person helping keep projects on track, communication clear, and the team aligned from kickoff through delivery.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, can manage a lot of moving pieces without losing sight of the details, and wants meaningful ownership inside a fast-moving production company.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bend, Oregon.What You’ll Do:Own project management across active client work from kickoff through final deliveryLead day-to-day client communication, meeting coordination, agendas, updates, and follow-throughBuild and manage timelines, schedules, priorities, and workflows across active projectsForecast upcoming work and help plan projects against team capacityCoordinate productions, including scheduling, logistics, crew coordination, and on-the-ground producing supportLead onboarding for new clients and projects, including account setup, workflow organization, and strong operational setup from the startMaintain clear visibility across the pipeline and keep work moving proactivelyOwn scope tracking to ensure projects stay within billable hour and budget limitsLead internal check-ins and keep the team aligned around priorities, deadlines, and next stepsImprove and maintain internal systems, workflows, and project organizationKnow each client’s scope inside and out so you can help clarify what we can do, what we can’t do, and what needs to happen nextIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps early, then solve for them before they become larger problemsAct as a key operational partner to leadership by turning direction into clear, dependable executionWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You are highly organized, proactive, and naturally bring clarity and structure to fast-moving workYou have strong experience in project management, account management, producing, or a hybrid operations roleYou can effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders at once without losing detailsYou communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with both clients and internal teamsYou have strong judgment, ownership, and follow-throughYou stay calm and effective under pressure and in fast-paced environmentsYou have strong instincts around priorities, timing, and tradeoffsYou have experience coordinating productions or other complex, multi-layered projectsYou anticipate issues early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects movingYou are comfortable operating with autonomy and taking meaningful ownershipYou have experience onboarding clients, building workflows, and creating strong operational structureYou're comfortable using AI tools as a force multiplier in your day-to-day workYou have experience with budgeting, scope management, and resource coordinationRequirements:4+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, account management, producing, or a similar roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceStrong working knowledge of project management tools such as Monday, Asana, and ClickUpDemonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in professional workflowsAbility to travel domestically and internationally, as neededSalary Range:$60,000 - $75,000Benefits:Unlimited PTOPaid holidays and paid birthdayHealth, vision, and dental insurance401(k)Laptop and technology packageIn-office with weekly work-from-home daysModern, dog-friendly officeProfessional development and growth opportunitiesReverb Films is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected status under applicable law.
