Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, spirits, wine, sake and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process cash and card transactions accurately while managing sales transactions with integrity Upsell menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine and beer knowledge or options and resolving any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and effective communication Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and beverage pairing techniques Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn food preparation standards is essential Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
