Job Description Seeking an outsourced controller adept at handling a variety of financial tasks, from accounting documentation, budgeting and forecasting to compliance and preparation of financial statements.The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented individual and possess the following qualifications:Job Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: In Office / Some local client visits requiredSalary: Commensurate with experienceQualificationsBachelor’s in Accounting or Accounting-Related Field5 years of Accounting ExperienceProficiency with Accounting Software (QBD, QBO, Sage, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)GAAP knowledgeStrong written, verbal and collaboration skillsLocal to Saint Louis metropolitan areaResponsibilitiesEntering transactions for assigned clientsPreparing reconciliations (i.e. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, general ledger accounts, etc.)Preparing monthly financial statements for assigned clientsResponding to requests for assigned clients on general accounting needs (i.e. analysis, special reports, etc.)Budgeting and ForecastingEstablishing, documenting, and evaluating internal processes to improve client’s internal control and efficient accounting information flowLeading owner, board and finance committee presentations for assigned clientsMaintain compliance with government agenciesAct as the point of contact for external auditorsParticipate in ongoing internal process evaluation to enhance our client’s experience
