Educational Support ServicesFacilities Support ServicesBusiness Support ServicesActivities Related to Credit IntermediationWeb Search Portals, Libraries, Archives, and Other Information Services🚨 Hiring: Mid-Level Desktop Support / Information Systems Specialist📍 Location: Washington, DC (Onsite – 1st Shift)🕒 Contract: Through End of Year (Possible Extension) US Citizenship Required📌 Local DMV Candidates OnlyWe are hiring an Intermediate Information Systems Specialist/Desktop Support Analyst to support the Federal Reserve Board’s Desktop Support Team in Washington, DC.Key Responsibilities:• Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support in an enterprise environment• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and hardware components• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPN, and network connectivity issues• Manage support tickets and asset tracking using ServiceNow• Handle hardware deployments, imaging, inventory management, and vendor coordination• Provide executive-level technical support• Support iPhones/iPads and mobile device administration• Create reports, dashboards, and queue management in ServiceNow• Work closely with internal users via phone, Teams, email, and onsite supportRequired Skills:✔ 5+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience✔ Strong experience with ServiceNow✔ Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience✔ Windows 10/11 administration and support✔ Microsoft 365 support experience✔ Level 1 networking and VPN troubleshooting✔ Strong communication and customer service skills✔ Experience with Excel formulas, SharePoint, and inventory managementPreferred:➕ Intune experience➕ HP Warranty Portal experience➕ Certifications like A+, MTA, MOS, etc.➕ BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field⚠️ Federal Reserve Board may require an in-person interview.
