Registered Nurse- PT Day or Night

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our day or night shift team and help deliver exceptional, patient‐centered care in a safe and supportive environment.If you're calm under pressure, passionate about helping others heal, and ready to grow your nursing career in a collaborative setting-this could be the perfect fit.What You'll DoEach shift, you'll play a vital role in our patients' recovery by:Monitoring patient conditions and responding promptly to their needsObserving, assessing, and clearly communicating symptoms to physiciansWorking closely with the healthcare team to create personalized care plansPerforming routine nursing tasks such as vital signs, injections, and chartingAdministering medications and treatments as ordered by providersMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patientsResponding confidently and effectively during emergenciesSupervising and supporting LPNs and Mental Health TechniciansOffering reassurance, education, and compassion to patients and familiesContinuing to grow professionally through training, workshops, and development opportunitiesWho You AreYou're someone who:Is a licensed RN capable of providing high‐quality care with minimal supervisionStays patient, compassionate, and level‐headed-even in stressful situationsFollows safety standards and clinical best practices consistentlyBelieves patient education is just as important as treatmentEnjoys being part of a team that supports one anotherShift OptionsPart‐Time Day or Night Shift7:00 AM - 7:30 PM7:00 PM - 7:00 AMYou'll work alongside a supportive, team‐oriented staff that truly values collaboration, respect, and excellence in care.QualificationsWe're looking for an RN who brings both clinical expertise and compassion to every shift. You'll thrive in this role if you have:Strong knowledge of nursing care practices and clinical proceduresHands‐on experience and confidence in providing emergency careA solid understanding of health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination-and a commitment to following them consistentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a true team‐player mindsetA responsible, dependable approach paired with genuine compassion for patientsExceptional organization and multitasking abilities in a fast‐paced settingProven experience working as a Registered NurseA BSN or diploma from an accredited nursing programA valid nursing license with at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in psychiatric or acute care settings
