To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com.Job SummaryAs an Account Analyst (title subject to change), you will participate in a structured training program designed to build foundational knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including business verticals, coverages, and client types. You will collaborate closely with our Account Managers and Account Executives in delivering exceptional client service, managing daily workflows, and completing operational tasks. This role is ideal for emerging talent and offers an excellent entry point into the industry with a clearly defined career path. After successfully completing the one-year training program and licensing in six months, you will be prepped to transition onto an Account Management team to continue your professional growth within NFP.New hires are expected to start with the formal program on June 15, 2026. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, ideally based in either Boston; Vermont; Albany; Plainview, Long Island or New York City. An in-office presence is essential for collaboration, learning the business, and our exceptional model of client servicing. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient & Carrier SupportSupport Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of client accountsAssist with client and carrier requests by gathering information, preparing documentation, and following up as neededHelp cultivate and maintain positive client relationshipsDocument Preparation & ProcessingPrepare ID cards, certificates of insurance, ACORD applications, binders, and cancellationsAssist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and other documentsMaintain lists of open items and ensure timely completion of outstanding tasksPolicy Review & ComplianceAnalyze policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and complianceFollow up with carriers for outstanding endorsements, corrections, and policy updatesAdministrative & Operational SupportParticipate in special projects to deepen industry knowledgeSupport internal team processes and maintain accurate documentationRequiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new processesTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to be coached and mentoredSelf-confident and eager to develop client-facing experience and relationshipsPossess analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player, adaptive to mentoring and continual learningComfortable with learning and using various technical platformsHighly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. The base salary range for this position is $43,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
