You will partner across customer experience, logistics, sales, and production to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer journey. This is not a coordination role—you are expected to take ownership, drive outcomes, and improve how the business operates through better systems, processes, and use of technology.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full order lifecycle from production approval through delivery and post-sale resolutionLeadership across internal teams (customer experience, logistics, production, sales) to ensure smooth executionManage and monitor domestic and international shipments, including freight and LTLProactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and customer-impacting problemsHandle escalations including returns, damage claims, and delivery issuesBuild, improve, and standardize operational processes and workflowsLeverage systems, tools, and AI where appropriate to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalabilityConduct post-mortems on operational issues and implement process improvementsEnsure a consistently high-quality customer experience throughout the delivery lifecycleWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or order management (eCommerce or similar environment preferred)Strong business and financial acumen—you understand cost, margin, and operational trade-offsProven ability to manage complex logistics, including freight coordination and carrier managementHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving ability and comfort handling escalations and ambiguityExperience building or improving systems, workflows, and operational processesStrong technical aptitude—comfortable using systems and leveraging technology (including AI) to improve operationsSelf-starter with a high level of ownership—you take initiative and drive results without constant directionHigh energy, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyCompensation & Benefits$90,000 – $110,000 base salaryPerformance-based bonus401(k) with 4% company matchCompetitive benefits packagePaid Time Off (PTO)Hybrid work scheduleWhy Join CopperSmith?Own and improve a critical function that directly impacts customer experience and company performanceWork cross-functionally with leadership and key teams across the businessOpportunity to build scalable systems and processes in a growing premium brandHigh-impact role with clear ownership and visibility
