Construction Estimator – High-End Residential Construction Established custom home builder seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building thorough budgets for custom homes, additions and remodels for distinctive residential projects. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets for custom residential projects Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns Assist with value engineering and budget management Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients throughout preconstruction Qualifications: 3+ years of estimating experience in high-end residential construction Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Compensation: Competitive Salary: $70,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience Bonus Program: Year end bonus based on company profits and individual performance Paid Time Off: Seven paid holidays, two weeks vacation, and two paid sick days annually Health & Dental: 50% company-covered insurance for employees and their families Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match up to 3% Workplace Perks: weekly pay cycle, uniforms provided, and continued training opportunities Opportunity to work on distinctive luxury residential projects Location: Office located in Marshall, VA Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
