Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager with a experience in engineering to oversee large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with process systems, utility, and packaging systems, equipment procurement, and project installation and start-up. You will be responsible for delivering projects on budget and schedule, managing complex scopes, and supervising contractors.Responsibilities+ Lead and manage the full lifecycle of packaging and processing system projects, from estimation and justification through installation, start-up, and closeout.+ Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects.+ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.+ Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.+ Ensure resource availability and allocation.+ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.+ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.+ Report and escalate to management as needed.+ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.+ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.+ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Essential Skills+ 3+ years of experience in project management.+ Strong understanding of process systems, utility, and packaging systems.+ Experience with equipment procurement, project installation, and start-up.+ Proficient in project management software and tools.+ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.+ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.+ PMP certification is a plus.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience in project engineering, assistant project management, or engineering.+ Experience with automation and baggage systems is beneficial.+ Experience in the airport, automotive, food & beverage, parcel, postal, or heavy industrial sectors is advantageous.+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.+ Strong social and communication skills.+ Experience with Bluebeam software is a plus.+ Ability to travel 25-35% of the time for client relationships and business development.+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly to unique processes.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture.
