These plans are guaranteed issue during the first year of eligibility, individually owned, fully portable, and include features such as a Strike Waiver of Premium and payroll deduction options. The EBS Retirement Division further assists retiring and retired Union members with group Medicare and dental coverage.Role DescriptionThe Vice President of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. In this leadership position, you will oversee daily operations, manage budgets with a focus on P&L responsibilities, and implement strategic initiatives to drive company growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure exceptional customer service standards, streamline operational processes, and lead large-scale projects from inception to completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing operational policies and maintaining compliance with company goals and industry standards while mentoring and guiding team members.QualificationsProven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to optimize business performance and ensure financial health.Strong Customer Service and Strategic Planning skills to drive client satisfaction and steer long-term organizational goals.Experience in Project Management, including coordinating initiatives, meeting deadlines, and exceeding quality standards.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to manage and guide diverse teams effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles. Experience in the benefits or insurance industry is a must.Proficiency in financial analysis, process improvement methodologies, and utilization of operational software.
