What You'll Do
As a Program Manager – Street Outreach Services, you will:
Provide leadership, coaching, supervision, and support to Street Outreach staff.
Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure services are delivered in accordance with program requirements and funding guidelines.
Coordinate services between Community Connections, Street Outreach teams, and community partners.
Support staff in addressing complex client situations, housing barriers, and crisis intervention needs.
Participate in outreach efforts and direct client engagement as needed.
Manage staff schedules, coverage, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and program reporting.
Monitor program expenditures, maintain facilities and vehicles, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Anthropology, Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Theology, Counseling, Nursing, Technology, Education, or a related human services field.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experienceworking with adults who have:
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Behavioral Health diagnoses
Substance Use Recovery needs
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems, email, internet-based applications, and timekeeping systems.
Ability to successfully complete all required employment screenings, including FBI clearance when applicable.
Preferred
Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
Expertise in Competitive Integrated Employment.
Experience with Self-Employment, Artisan, or Maker Enterprises.
Knowledge of Urban Agriculture Entrepreneurship.
Experience with community-based human services programs.
Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered service delivery.
Schedule
Full-Time
Primarily weekday schedule with flexibility based on program needs
Participation in outreach activities and community engagement events
Availability to respond to program and client needs as required
Occasional after-hours responsibilities may be required
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel throughout the community and program service areas.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and engage in field-based outreach activities.
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to participate in community outreach and client engagement activities.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
