Technical Recruiter - (hybrid onsite in Boston occasionally). Exciting opportunity to work in the intersection of hardware, tech and fitness.You will play a critical role supporting our Boston based client in scaling high-performing technical teams, including teams such as engineering, data, and product. You’ll help shape the future of talent pipelines, manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and specialized rolesRESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with technical leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of domainsDesign and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles, leveraging outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagementLead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through to closeAdvise on best practices in candidate evaluation, interview structure, and hiring team alignmentUse data and insights to inform recruiting strategy and optimize performanceQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for in-house experience at high-growth or startup companiesProven success hiring for a range of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, data science, product management, AI)Demonstrated ability to manage complex searches, deliver high-quality candidates, and close top talentStrong sourcing abilities and comfort using a variety of platforms and toolsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing prioritiesHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
