This role is ideal for a field-driven leader who takes ownership of jobsite execution and thrives in fast-paced environments.About the RoleProjects include a mix of commercial interiors, base building, and renovation work across the DMV.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day field operations from start to completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logisticsMaintain and drive project schedules and milestonesEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality controlLead site meetings and communicate updates with PMs and stakeholdersIdentify and proactively resolve field issues and delaysQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant SuperintendentExperience with commercial construction (interiors or ground-up)Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site managementAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule accountabilityProficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools (preferred)OSHA certification (preferred)Required SkillsField-first mentality with strong leadership presenceSomeone who can run their own job or be a strong #2 on larger workOrganized, proactive, and solution-orientedStrong communicator with both field teams and clientsPreferred SkillsProficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools (preferred)OSHA certification (preferred)We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
