NO THIRD PARTYSenior Vice President, Product Design Lead- AINew York City (4 days/week onsite)Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Senior UX / Product Designer to join a highly collaborative product organization focused on building and evolving complex enterprise platforms. This is an opportunity for a design leader who thrives in solving challenging workflow and systems problems, enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, and can bring clarity and strategic thinking to large-scale user experiences.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate complex enterprise environments, influence cross-functional teams, and create intuitive experiences for sophisticated products and platforms. You should be comfortable owning the design process end-to-end — from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and execution.What You’ll DoLead UX and product design initiatives across enterprise-scale platforms and applicationsDefine user experiences for complex workflows, systems, and data-heavy productsCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy and executionTranslate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable design solutionsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsDrive design consistency and contribute to scalable design systemsUse rapid prototyping and iterative design approaches to validate ideas quicklyAdvocate for user-centered design best practices across teamsPresent concepts, strategies, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadershipHelp elevate overall design quality, process, and collaboration within the organizationWhat We’re Looking For8–12+ years of UX/Product Design experienceStrong experience designing enterprise applications, platforms, or large-scale digital productsProven expertise in end-to-end product design and UX methodologiesExperience working in complex, cross-functional environments with product and engineering teamsStrong systems thinking and ability to simplify complicated workflows and user journeysExcellent visual, interaction, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on executionPreferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or other complex regulated environmentsFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflowsExperience contributing to or building scalable design systemsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving product environmentsStrong understanding of collaborative, prototype-first product development approachesWhat Makes This Opportunity ExcitingThis team operates in a highly collaborative environment where design, product, and engineering work closely together throughout the product lifecycle.
