Salesman/Business Development Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hoursCompensation: Strong base salary commensurate with experience, bonus opportunities, PTO, sick days and paid holidays, cell phone provided by companyReports To: OwnerTerritory: Los AngelesSummary: To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand, to promote the services of Paul Davis, to build industry relationshipsResponsibilities:Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold callingOrganize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visitsEnsure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand StandardsUtilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notesCollaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing ManagerGenerate productivity reports for management review.Arrive in-office daily to create route schedule and report to manager.Regularly follow-up with other businesses to create referral programs and generate leads.Visit 20-25 potential businesses or accounts per day in company vehicle.Attend business networking functions to promote the businessAttend training courses and annual conference seminars as requestedAny other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basisSkills and Knowledge:Strong verbal and written communicationsStrategic thinking and planningProject management and multitasking capabilityStrong organizational skillsExemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft OfficePersonal Characteristics:Professional demeanorPersonable, presentable, articulateOpen, cooperative, enthusiasticSelf-directed with exceptional initiativeQualifications:Two or more years' sales and marketing experienceFranchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience idealPaul Davis is an equal opportunity employer.
