Veterinary Receptionist

```Duties:``` - Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Collect and update patient information in the computer system - Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures - Provide animal restraint during examinations and treatments - Perform basic animal husbandry tasks, such as feeding and walking animals - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area ```Requirements:``` - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle animals with care and compassion - Familiarity with animal restraint techniques - Basic understanding of pet care and nutrition - Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics Skills: - Animal husbandry: Knowledge of basic animal care, including feeding, grooming, and exercise. - Animal restraint: Ability to safely handle and restrain animals during examinations or treatments. - Pet care: Understanding of pet health, nutrition, and general care practices. - Dog handling: Experience in handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments. - Dog training: Familiarity with basic dog training techniques. - Laboratory: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment used in a veterinary setting. - Veterinary critical care: Understanding of emergency veterinary care procedures.
