FTAI invests in aviation assets and aerospace products that generate strong and stable cash flows with the potential for earnings growth and asset appreciation.FTAI operates globally and has offices in New York, Miami, Montreal, Singapore, Dubai, United Kingdom and Ireland.JOB OVERVIEWThe EHS Analyst will support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function across FTAI Aviation’s sites by assisting with data collection, program administration, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a strong foundation in EHS within an aviation and industrial environment. The EHS Analyst will work closely with the EHS Manager and site leadership to help ensure regulatory compliance, enhance safety performance, and promote a proactive safety culture.Responsibilities:Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulatory requirementsSupport Safety Management System (SMS) activities, including data tracking, performance metrics, and documentationAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis; help track corrective and preventive actionsConduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and ergonomic assessments under guidance of senior EHS staffPerform routine site safety inspections; document findings and support follow-up actionsSupport tracking of EHS training for employees, contractors, and supervisorsMaintain EHS records including logs, permits, inspection reports, training records, and regulatory submissionsAssist with environmental compliance programs such as hazardous waste management, stormwater inspections, and air permitting documentationAnalyze EHS data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviewCollaborate with production, maintenance, HR, and facilities to support employeeengagement in EHS initiativesProvide administrative and analytical support to the EHS Manager and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field (or in progress)0–2 years of experience in an EHS, safety, environmental, manufacturing, aviation, or industrial setting (internships and co-ops acceptable)Basic knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulationsStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn quickly, follow procedures, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with EHS software systems is a plusASP or pursuit of safety certification is a plusWork Environment and Physical DemandsAbility to work in both office and industrial/shop floor environmentsMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Travel to other FTAI Aviation sites (Miami and Medley) is requiredEqual Opportunity Employment Statement:Our company is an equal opportunity employer.
