This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer that values hands-on mechanical ability, precision, and teamwork.Job Details Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts availableTraining: Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 30 daysPay: $18–$20 per hourType: Temp-to-hireWeekly pay and great long-term potentialKey Responsibilities Set up and align dies, tooling, and equipment for forging and production operationsUse hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to position and secure heavy dies (up to 75 lbs)Read and interpret blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and qualityPerform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for proper fit and alignmentWork closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth changeovers and safe operationsMaintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and lockout/tagout proceduresQualifications Strong mechanical mindset — experience building or repairing cars, machinery, or similar equipment is a plusAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shiftPrior manufacturing or die setup experience preferredComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and part drawingsReliable transportation and good attendanceMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkReady to Apply?-Respond directly to this job posting-Apply online at www.inovastaffing.com — be sure to select "Twinsburg" as your nearest branch-Or give us a call at 330-963-3700Company OverviewSince 1992, Inova Staffing Services has helped businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs.
