Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver a welcoming and informed in-store experience, leading by example in sales, product knowledge and customer engagementExecute daily operations such as opening and closing, maintaining visual merchandising standards, shop cleanliness and carrying out delegated tasks from the Shop ManagerSupport the Shop Manager in maintaining healthy inventory levels, conducting receiving tasks and resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely mannerAct as shop leadership when the Shop Manager is unavailable, providing direction to associates and ensuring a consistent customer and team experienceSupport associates with product and customer questions, using sound judgement to help resolve situations that fall outside of established guidelinesProvide ad-hoc support to the customer service team, responding to e-commerce channels and working with the warehouse on fulfillment issues Partner with the Shop Manager and Brand Experience Manager to execute product launches, promotions, and customer-facing activationsOccasionally participate in off-site sales opportunities such as expos, marketing events and pop-ups throughout the yearCommunicate customer feedback, product and sales observations, operational needs and opportunities to the Shop ManagerWhat We're Looking For2+ years retail experience required, preferably outdoor apparelWeekend availability, and upcoming holiday season availabilityWorks well in a tight-knit team; self-motivated and organizedStrong written and verbal communication skillsBright and flexible attitude towards changing business needsEnthusiasm for Ripton's brand and missionShopify and e-commerce service experience is a plusBenefits$23/hrPaid company holidaysPTO and sick time accrual401k retirement account access with employer matchMonthly Healthcare Marketplace reimbursementAccess to industry pro dealsRipton employee discount and seasonal product allotmentTo ApplyEmail jobs@ripton.co with your resume, some words about yourself, and the subject header "Retail Keyholder Boulder"
