If so, this is the place for you.Primary ResponsibilitiesRouting/Tracking and assisting drivers with daily operationsIntermodal tracking of containers and shipments status on the port of NY/NJentering all orders into system (Profit Tools)Regular office tasksCustomer services and updating customers with daily shipment detailsPhone/Customer Service Position Requirements2+ year(s) of office, dispatch experience, and customer service management experienceSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailTransportation/dispatch knowledge a huge plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesVery self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software and proprietary software (Profit Tools)College degree desirable
