Customer Service Representative

Overview AmeriWater is a long-established industry leader in the design, manufacture, installation and supply of water purification systems and services for dialysis, industrial and healthcare applications. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio! Work Location: Onsite Position Summary Responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts. Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing accurate product information, troubleshooting issues, and fostering loyalty through empathetic and effective communication. Primary Responsibilities Process customer orders. Assist with customers' requests for information, including part numbers, freight quotes, tracking information, product lead times, literature, and manuals via phone and email. Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA). Ensure proper order entry and documentation of all orders and returns. Ensure customer orders are acknowledged electronically with proper lead time. Provide media repack quotes for High Efficiency Filtration systems. Verify accuracy of order pricing and applicable freight charges. Update database and call tracking systems as required. Support billing operations by gathering, verifying, and organizing customers’ information. Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience. Experience with ERP systems preferred. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a team environment, adaptable to change, and dependable.
