You'll serve as a trusted advisor on all technical aspects of ERP projects, working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and integrate ERP systems to align with client requirements.Translate business needs into technical solutions, including reports, workflows, and dashboards.Support data migration, system upgrades, and ERP enhancements.Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support post-implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with both business and technical goals.Document processes, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.Stay current on ERP technologies, updates, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, or Epicor.Proficiency in SQL, database management, and ERP customization tools.Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data conversion/migration.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.ERP certifications (preferred, not required).Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lighthouse Search Advisors by 2xJ-18808-Ljbffr
