Position SummaryThe Client Solutions Consultant (CSC) plays a critical role in the sales process by serving as the subject matter expert for CBIZ Human Capital Management solutions. This role partners closely with Sales to understand prospect needs, deliver tailored solution demonstrations, and position our technology and services in a way that drives confident buying decisions.This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional presentation skills.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesPartner with Sales Representatives throughout the evaluation process, including Discovery/Analysis, Solution Demonstrations, and Stakeholder PresentationsParticipate in Analysis calls to uncover client requirements, pain points, and desired outcomesTranslate discovery insights into a compelling and customized demo experienceLead tailored system demonstrations that align directly with prospect needs, workflows, and business objectivesSupport the development of proposals, RFP responses, and solution positioning strategiesMaintain deep expertise in CBIZ services, CBIZ HCM technology, including Payroll, HR, Timekeeping, and related modulesCollaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Client Success, Service) to ensure alignment and successful handoff post-saleExpanded Role ContributionsSales Training & Enablement: Participate in the onboarding and training of new Sales Producers, contributing to the development of product knowledge and solution positioning skillsThought Leadership & Content Creation: Contribute to internal and client-facing content, including participation in company podcasts and video initiativesWebinars & Events: Host and/or participate in internal and external webinars and presentations to support brand awareness and pipeline developmentContinuous Improvement: Actively contribute to refining demo strategies, messaging, and best practices across the Solutions Consulting teamPreferred QualificationsProven experience in a client-facing, consultative role (HCM, HRIS, Payroll, or SaaS preferred)Strong understanding of Human Capital Management processes and systemsExceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiencesAbility to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narrativesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environmentExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and virtual presentation toolsSHRM/FPC/CPP designations a plus but not requiredExperience with the UKG Ready platform is a plus but not requiredbody { font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.6; padding: 20px; } strong { font-weight: bold; color: black; } ul, ol { margin-left: 20px; }Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred3 to 5 years of experience of related experienceMust be able to work in a team environmentPresentation skills mandatoryProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs#LI-OD1 #LI-HybridABOUT USCBIZ, Inc.
