Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join a well-established medical manufacturing firm in Santa Rosa, CA. This role focuses on ensuring precise inventory management, overseeing the timely receipt of materials, and managing efficient storage and shipping processes.
Core Responsibilities
Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with system data.
Verify, inspect, and count all incoming shipments.
Validate outgoing shipment documentation and prepare orders for dispatch.
Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles.
Input incoming material data into the tracking system.
Transport inventory to designated production zones or warehouse locations.
Maintain a tidy and orderly warehouse to support operational efficiency.
Track cleanroom and packaging supply levels to prevent shortages.
Assist in the execution of physical inventory audits.
Flag obsolete or stagnant inventory items.
Support a safe and high-quality work environment by adhering to ISO standards.
Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or production setting.
Valid forklift operator certification.
Proficiency in basic computer tasks, counting, and professional communication.
Capability to interpret and execute both written and verbal directives.
Strong ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team member with a constructive mindset.
Previous background in plastic injection molding or medical device manufacturing is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain standing and mobile throughout the majority of your shift.
Capacity to perform physical movements including bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing.
Regularly lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
Maintain safety standards while operating within a manufacturing facility.
