Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A unique opportunity is available for a skilled BCBA to support middle school students within an innovative autism program spanning multiple educational campuses. Working onsite, you will play a vital role throughout the 2026–2027 academic year, providing both direct and consultative services as part of a specialized team. You'll have a meaningful impact by fostering growth, supporting educators, and shaping student success within the LINKS Autism Program.Key Qualifications:Active BCBA certification/licensePrevious experience in school-based settingsFamiliarity with evidence-based practices for students with autismAbility to develop, implement, and monitor effective data collection systemsExceptional time management and organizational skillsBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyCore Responsibilities:Deliver direct and consultative behavioral support to middle school students with autism across five educational campusesCollaborate with educators to troubleshoot, train, and advance classroom strategies for student achievementDesign, analyze, and refine individualized programs using data-driven decision makingParticipate in IEP and team meetings as required, communicating progress and recommendations effectivelyEnsure timely arrival and departure, maintaining open communication regarding any absencesAdhere to required protocols including fingerprinting, background screening, and drug testingYou'll thrive in this full-time, school-year-based contract if you enjoy dynamic environments and value collaboration.
