Car Wash Assistant Manager

Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support operations across multiple locations; we have locations within Arlington, Grand Prairie, Dallas, and Balch Springs. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Hourly Based Rate: $18Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the car washTravel between locations as neededManage and train staffCreate and enforce policies and proceduresProcess transactions and reconcile salesDevelop and maintain relationships with customersMaintain appropriate inventory and suppliesMaintain a clean and organized storeEnsure all safety and security protocols are adhered toProvide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concernsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reportsMonitor budget and expensesRequirements:Prior experience at car washStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office and relevant softwareKnowledge of safety and security protocolsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as neededEEOC Statement: Wash Masters is an equal opportunity employer.
