We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.Job Summary: The Technology Program Analyst is responsible for preparing quotes in accordance with ScriptPro programs to leverage new and existing technologies. This individual will assist in the development of sales proposals to ensure programs are accurately represented utilizing standard quote formats and pricing.Reporting Relationship: Manager, Sales Support OperationsShift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work; specific days are determined by business need. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.Scope Of The RolePrepare quotes using standard quote formats and pricing tools Analyze and interpret quote requests to make accurate assessments of requirements based on approved programsWork in conjunction with ScriptPro’s engineering, manufacturing, program management, and implementation teams to develop cost analysis for programs that require project pricingProvide recommendations to leadership for improving the effectiveness of programs and processesSupport customer engagement as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing analysis, or a related role Advanced Microsoft Office proficiencies (e.g. Excel and Word)Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management software is preferredExceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to technology solutionsCapability to communicate timelines and meet deadlines Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and analysis skills; ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions as necessaryStrong internal drive to be able to maintain a high work ethicAdaptable to frequent change and a desire to continue growing within role Remote Work RequirementsMust have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connectionMust have a distraction free home office workspaceMust be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on) BenefitsAt ScriptPro, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
