Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing files and ensuring the office is well-organized.
- Manage the office's phone systems and ensure that all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including monthly reports.
- Oversee the office's organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the office's inventory and supplies.
- Assisting agents and owner when needed
- Recruiting and Marketing for the office
Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with filing and record-keeping.
- Excellent event planning and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
