Job Summary As a Mental Health Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You will work closely with diverse clientele, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy. Qualifications & Requirements Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent). Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
