You will take on the Business Analyst role within an Agile team for the development of specific shopfloor/Manufacturing applications in the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness needs analysis and workshop facilitationAbility to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirementsDefinition and scoping of user needs and User StoriesWriting functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specificationsWriting test plans and participating in IT test executionSupport for business testingParticipation in continuous improvementQuality control of deliverables and their level of qualityQualificationsExperience as a Business Analyst within a software development teamExperience as a Business Analyst within shopfloor/Manufacturing applicationsExperience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOpsBachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related fieldExcellent technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sectorStrong adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine appreciation for teamworkStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sectorUnderstanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practicesLanguages* English* French is a plusAdditional InformationAt Sopra Steria, we believe in rewarding your talent and supporting your growth.
