Associate Director, RFX Lead (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director RFX Lead (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $157,200 – $298,800 annuallyResponsibilities Develop and lead a centralized RFX team to support business units Design an enterprise-wide RFX framework that aligns with organizational goals Oversee execution of RFX activities including supplier engagement and evaluation Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities Create KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess team performance Enhance workflows and governance models for operational efficiency Lead change management efforts to implement centralized RFX processesQualifications University Degree with 12 years experience, Advanced Degree with 10 years, or 16 years relevant experience without a degree 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with 3 years in a leadership role Experience in developing and managing enterprise-level RFX processes Familiarity with DFAR compliant proposals Strong understanding of sourcing best practices and procurement governanceBenefits Parental leave, including paternal leave Flexible work schedules Achievement awards Educational assistance Child/adult backup careOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
