IT Support Technician

Job SummaryWe're looking for a reliable, hands-on IT technician to support our Houston office, shop locations, and job sites. This is an entry-level role for someone who's comfortable working with their hands, solving problems, and traveling between locations as needed.You'll handle day-to-day IT issues, set up equipment, and act as support for senior IT staff. This is not a desk-only job — you'll be out in the field, in shops, and occasionally at job sites.What You'll Do• Fix basic computer issues (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)• Respond to IT tickets and help users with day-to-day problems• Travel between office and shop locations to provide support• Set up new computers, devices, and equipment• Help troubleshoot network and connectivity issues• Work in shop environments supporting workstations, tool controllers, and shop systems• Act as "remote hands" for senior IT or outside vendors• Help with employee setup (new hires, equipment, accounts)• Track and manage IT equipment inventory• Go to job sites in the Houston area when neededWhat We're Looking For• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365)• Dependable and able to get the job done• Comfortable working in shop/industrial environments• Able to follow direction and work through tickets• Good attitude and willingness to learn• Able to lift and move equipment when needed• Valid driver's license and able to travel locallyPI5435b27f65b3-38059-40588334
