We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our talented team and help our guests look and feel their best. Position Overview The Nail Technician will be responsible for providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, and nail art services. Provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations for nail care. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with state board regulations and spa policies. Keep up to date with nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Promote spa services and retail products to clients. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each service. Assist with maintaining inventory of nail products and tools. Qualifications Valid Florida Nail Technician License or Certification. Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and artistic ability. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
