Apply Today **We are looking for a results-driven CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE to be responsible for all customer service duties including quotes and closing the sale. 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm shifts are available. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. (Call Center experience is preferred.) If you love working in a fun and energetic culture, this is the place for you!Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service featuresRemain knowledgeable on vehicles and discuss available options for weddings, corporate events, airport transfers, and partiesBuild productive and lasting relationships with customersRequirementsProficient in Microsoft OfficeYou are coachable, flexible and self-motivatedYou can hit the ground runningExcellent communicator with professional phone skillsThink dynamically and problem solverMust pass a background checkJob DutiesAnswer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and emailCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesRecord customer information within our customer service databaseEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concernsOffer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policiesOther duties as requestedFULL TIMESchedule8 hour shift.
