Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Admin Support will be responsible for key administrative functions within the North Region Commercial Team.
What you'll be contributing:
Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
Customer Related | Daily/Weekly Run Unbilled Report in SAP, email to respective Market Managers with missing info needed
Work within MiSale software to create or change pricing and ShipTo's
Prepare and submit to CCS any customer debit or credit memo's, account clearing requests
Email credit applications to prospective new customer accounts
Review customer open items/reconcile short pays (NOAD's) on customer accounts| contact customer/market manager
Run/Update BW Reports as needed
Print and mail invoices as required
Customer Related | Monthly Participate in credit calls and NOAD calls
Create fuel surcharge rates in SAP by customer Shipto and maintain file
Facilitate rebate settlements on customer accounts
Print and mail account statements as required
Assist with forecast data management when needed
Customer Related | Yearly Distribute customer price increases letters
Prepare price increase files, monitor exceptions, create LSMW files for CCS Entry, review for accuracy
Create Customer system rebate entries
Work with the Commercial team to facilitate promotional material orders
Customer Related | Misc Participate in SAP testing scenarios
Vendor Related | Daily/Weekly Check SAP workflow for any vendor invoices to GR/address
Email new vendor requests as requested
Prepare and submit to CCS any manual vendor payments by check or ACH
Assist with any vendor payment discrepancies/questions
Create purchase requisitions and monitor to PO creation
Vendor Related | Monthly Monitor AT&T and Verizon accounts payments/orders
Monitor Element Fleet and Wheels Inc, company vehicle payments
Vendor Related | Yearly Work with terminal managers for upcoming year framework PO creation and submit to Procurement
Automobile ID cards/Insurance Renewal with Risk Management
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
To succeed in this position, you will need: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience Excellent communications skills (interpersonal, presentation and written) with an ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders Ability to anticipate and respond to customer requirements, expectations and needs Technologically savvy, with a full understanding and fluency in computer applications including word processing, email, internet searches, databases, and presentation software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro), SAP knowledge and asset Passion for excellence in people, processes, and products Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Able to lift small objects frequently, weighing no more than 20 lbs. This position is sedentary in nature but may require periods of standing and walking Work Environment This position is based in an indoor, climate controlled office space
Compensation: $71,700 - $75,200
