Don’t miss out – apply today and start your journey with Team Apex!Job SummaryThe Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations across three Southwest-region warehouse locations. This is a hands-on leadership role that manages the full operational process from receiving and inventory management through order fulfillment, route coordination, and final customer delivery execution. The individual in this position will provide direct leadership to warehouse and delivery personnel, while also being responsible for route coverage, deliveries, and warehouse support as needed. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse and delivery operations across three warehouse locations Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to warehouse and delivery team members Manage order fulfillment activities to ensure products are accurately picked, staged, loaded, and delivered on time Oversee receiving operations, including unloading shipments, inspecting materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and proper storage practices Develop and manage delivery schedules, route planning, and driver assignments to optimize efficiency and customer service Safely deliver water treatment chemicals and products to customer locations as needed, using an electronic transfer pump to transfer chemicals to on-site tanks Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and hazardous material paperwork Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements Monitor vehicle, pump, hose, and equipment maintenance to ensure readiness and reliability Assist with drum and tote cleaning, inspection, and recycling activities Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Sales teams to coordinate order priorities and resolve delivery issues Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service levels across warehouse and delivery operations Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Possession of a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Current HazMat endorsement Five (5) years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution operations Prior experience leading or supervising employees in a warehouse, delivery, or operations environment Experience with order fulfillment, warehouse receiving, inventory control, and customer delivery execution Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage schedules, routes, and daily operational priorities Clean driving record Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery equipment Ability to frequently lift 60 lbs. and move drums and totes using appropriate material handling equipment Ability and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a half- or full-face respirator Preferred QualificationsExperience working with hazardous materials and chemical handling Experience using ERP, inventory management, or route scheduling software Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or water treatment environments Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
