MD Management is currently recruiting medical billing specialists to join our team of revenue cycle management professionals. The Ideal candidate is a quick-learner with medical billing experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position may be remote or onsite in our beautiful and professional Class A office building. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with hours between 8am – 5pm.Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesMedical Billing experience – minimum 3 years.Adequate understanding of billing and coding rules and regulations.Process and manage medical billing claims.Experience in the areas of insurance eligibility and verification, medical insurance claims, EOB review, denial management, and appeals of denied claims.Ability to follow-up on submitted claims to resolve any issues holding up payment.Answer and resolve questions relating to a patient’s account, including explaining insurance benefits to the patient.Collect payments from patients for processing.
