The Glazier will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing various types of glass, such as windows, doors, and auto glass, among other duties. The role also requires providing excellent customer service, as it involves working directly with customers when installing or repairing glasses.QualificationsExpert knowledge of window and door glass installation, glazing methods, and techniquesExperience in Auto Glass installation, repairs, and replacementExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to read, interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and diagramsAbility to measure and cut glass with precision using handheld toolsSound knowledge of safety procedures, compliance guidelines, and regulations related to the glazing industryPhysical stamina to work long hours carrying, lifting and installing heavy and large glass panelsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school education in glazing and similar fields is a plus
