Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Stringer located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Stringer will be responsible for professionally stringing and maintaining tennis racquets, interacting with customers to provide exceptional service, recommending products tailored to their needs, and assisting with general store operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Proficient in tennis racquet stringing, customization, and maintenanceStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience with retail operations, including inventory management and sales assistanceKnowledge of tennis equipment, brands, and technologiesDetail-oriented with the ability to handle technical tasks with precisionTeam player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrior experience in a similar role or certification in racquet stringing is a bonus
