100% Onsite Role - 8 AM - 4 PM w/ flexibility of one hour before or after.
Summary: The main function of a program manager is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and deliver beneficial changes. A typical program manager is responsible for managing the program's budget, timeline, resources, staff, and delivering expected business value and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams.
Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.
Skills:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities.
Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program's scope.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
PMP or PMI certification.
3-5 years of experience
Technical Skills
Must Have
Engineering degree
Experience in leading a team of multiple functional areas (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc….)
Experience in managing product development projects, covering all phases from requirements definition, design & test, industrialization, and delivery.
PMP certification and PM tools such as MS Project.
Nice To Have
Experience in a large commercial product is preferred.
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
