We are seeking a talented Senior ETL Developer (Informatica) to join our team and support data integration initiatives within a leading financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS, with a solid background in data warehousing and ETL design. Role and responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS to support data warehouse and data lake initiatives Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including mappings, workflows, and data models Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources Implement data quality checks, error handling, and monitoring to ensure data integrity and reliability Tune and optimize ETL performance (partitioning, pushdown optimization, caching) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support testing (UAT, production validation) and deployment processes LI-ASD Qualifications 7+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter and 2+ years with IICS or similar cloud ETL tools Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Sybase, or similar) Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data governance Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (Git/SVN), and ETL deployment processes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders Preferred Qualification Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as Jira and Confluence Informatica certifications (PowerCenter and/or IICS) are a plus Prior experience in similar enterprise data environments is a plus At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: Competitive salary betweenUSD $90,000- US$135,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ??Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA Voluntary STD and LTD All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
