Operations Manager/Site LeadThe Operations Manager/Site Lead supports Supply Operations at Fort Bliss, Texas. This position oversees daily material warehouse and supply operations supporting Army logistics requirements. The individual will serve as the contractor’s on-site lead responsible for operational oversight, customer coordination, workload management, reporting, environmental compliance, and personnel accountability.The Operations Manager/Site Lead will ensure materials (to include various Hazardous materials (HAZMAT)) are properly received, stored, tracked, inventoried, and issued in accordance with Army regulations, environmental standards, and installation procedures. The Lead will coordinate requirements and status with both on and off-site Government and other contractor personnel. The individual will also ensure contractor personnel comply with all requisite safety, security, and training requirements.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse material support operations.Supervise contractor personnel assigned to the operation.Coordinate directly with key, on and off-site Government and contractor personnel. Receive, inspect, verify, store, issue, and track materiel.Ensure accurate inventory accountability and transaction processing.Maintain operational records, reports, and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Army environmental, and safety regulations.Support quality control, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.Ensure all subordinate personnel complete required training.Maintain awareness of workload fluctuations and adjust operations accordingly.Support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting requirements.Ensure proper use of Government systems and logistics databases.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 7 years experience in Army supply, warehouse, or logistics operations.Minimum 3 years of DoD supervisory or team lead experience.Experience working within Army logistics environments.Knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage procedures.Experience with inventory accountability and warehouse operations.Working knowledge of Army automated logistics systems, particularly GCSS-A.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license.U.S citizenAbility to obtain and maintain installation accessXOtech, LLC is committed to a drug free workplace.
