This role requires a blend of technicalunderstanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.Must-Have Skills. 10+ years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience. Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB). Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and datagovernance. Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level. Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value. Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problemmanagement). Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills. Ability to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomesKey Responsibilities. Manage and prioritize ServiceNow and IT initiatives at portfoliolevel. Drive platform strategy, governance, and roadmap planning. Ensure CMDB accuracy and data governance practices. Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Track risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance. Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities. ServiceNow certifications. Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or integrations. PMP or equivalent certification
